Say NO to Junk Food

There are a lot of food we consume on a daily basis that we don’t know that it is actually causing more harm than good. Junk food is a pejorative term for food containing a large number of calories from sugar or fat with little fiber, protein, vitamins or minerals. When consumed very often, the excess fat, simple carbohydrate and processed sugar found in junk foods contributes to an increased risk of obesity, cardiovascular disease, kidney failure and many other chronic health conditions.
